Bally x Central Saint Martins

Bally recently revealed its first ever men's shoe collaboration with London's Central Saint Martins MA Fashion department. Presented during London fashion week at Claridge's Hotel, Bally's creative directors Graeme Fidler and Michael Hertz selected the designs of Craig Green to form the capsule collection.

Green created four fashion forward urban styles that played with colour, structure and featured fabrics such as felt, suede, calf leathers and even cork.

Jean Paul Gaultier Pour Roche Bobois Paris

To celebrate chic french brand, Roche Bobois' 50th anniversary; Legendary French designer, Jean-Paul Gaultier has collaborated with them to create a furniture collection.  

Boxing Gym turned Innovative Retail Space

I recently stumbled upon the new retail concept store, LN-CC. A 5,000sq ft East London retail space with three concept rooms stocked with the latest high end clothing accompanied by a book and record store, club space and photographic studio (all linked via an indoor forest and amazingly constructed raw wood and orange acrylic, skeletal tunnel created by set designer, Gary Card) .

I love how founders John Skelton and Daniel Mitchell are pushing the boundaries of retail space.

Louboutin Spring Summer Tour

Christian Louboutin  collaborates once again with  Khuong Nguyen  for his SS11 shoe collection Nguyen  previously photographed the Winter ‘10 Collection in a mash up fairy tale theme.

The SS11 Footwear Collection entitled, Louboutin Spring Summer Tour, features a jewel-embellished platform pump stomping in water, a studded mary jane crossing a zip line on a rocket ship, and parachuting peeked-toe pumps, among others.

Its no secret that Bob Marley is one of my favorite musicians of all time and if a film was ever made about my life, his music would feature heavily on the soundtrack.

Its a shame that I will never be able to watch him perform live, guess I'll have to live vicariously through Youtube videos *sigh.
