Let's face it, Facebook is slowly declining in popularity and probably requires an innovative idea in order for it to resurge.
Enter Paper, a new app from Facebook Creative Labs, it helps you explore, organise and share stories. Basically it's a mix of Flipboard and Instagram. You can customise Paper with a choice of categories, the first is your Facebook news feed but you can add other various themes and topics such as; tech, sport, music, culture and design.
